Recommended Hardware
- Moisture, salt, and other agents can cause metal corrosion, but Natural All-Season™ Wood Flooring is no more corrosive than untreated wood. Check with your hardware manufacturer regarding specific uses. For those projects needing building code compliance, you can use hardware with the minimum protection permitted by codes and local regulations.
- Aluminum can be used in direct contact with this wood.
Maintenance Tips
- No maintenance is needed to renew resistance to fungi and termites. Wolmanized® wood has a lifetime limited warranty against these organisms.
- Touch-up cans of coating are provided at the dealer with your order.
- For two to three years of performance a second coat application is recommended within 6 months.
- It helps to re-apply a topical water repellent every year or two.
